KxK Hair will not offer exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PURCHASE. 

• KxK Hair does offer a refund period within 5 days after purchase. AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• In order for hair to be returned it must be in original packaging (unworn and unwashed). If an item is not returned in its original condition, it will be DENIED.
• KxK hair is not responsible for return shipping costs. 
• We are also not responsible for lost packages. 

SHIPPING

• All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take around 3-7 business days. 
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.
